Questions you may have about the Action Track Program

Q: What is my role in the coaching process?

A: The coaching relationship is between two business peers. Coaching
focuses on present and future performance related to business issues.

Q: How long will I need to be coached? I’m not sure whether the three or six-
month program is a better fit for my objectives.

A: Coaching can address a short or long-term objectives. If the scope
of your objectives changes, then additional coaching or consulting may be an
option. In this case, your program can be updated or extended with your
new objectives. If you’re not sure of your timeline, address this with me up
front so I can guide you accordingly.

Q: I have needs from multiple tracks but I’m not sure if I need coaching or
consulting because I would like to involve my staff. Can you also work with
my team or coach my people?

Q: How can I be sure that I will get the results I expect?

Your objectives and expectations will be discussed, clarified, and
documented up front.
As your coaching progresses, clarifications will

Q: My industry requires very specific knowledge; how will this affect me as a
potential candidate for the program?

A: Core roles filled by entrepreneurs and leaders largely tend to
overlap, even though industry details vary.
All leaders have followers;
they make decisions, solve problems, and motivate and develop their people.
From time to time, as a leader or business owner you may also question
yourself, hesitate, move forward without a functional decision process,
overwork without direction, or unknowingly create an unproductive culture
within your company or department.
